Prior to our international relocation, we contacted Downtown Suite Living to secure a downtown Toronto furnished apartment. It was a very smooth and secure process and we were able to relax and concentrate on the many other aspects of our move. Once we arrived in Toronto and met them, we immediately felt that we were dealing with a very friendly and professional organization. Our stay in Toronto was an adventure in which the furnished apartment was our haven, very central: 2 min to the Air Canada Center, 10 min to the CN Tower, the Ripley’s aquarium and the Rogers Center, very near to the subway. When my company opened an office in Toronto and I found out I was temporarily being sent to Canada with some colleagues to help with this launch, I needed to find us a couple of furnished apartments close to the downtown core. Not only were the condos I found through Downtown Suite Living close to the financial district, but they were also clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. In addition to appliances in the furnished apartment such as a dish washer, washing machine and dryer, the gym and pool in the building made living in the condo building very pleasant and convenient.

It was a great luck to find the place like this in Toronto. I really enjoyed the stay at 18 Yonge Street. The furnished apartment is very well equipped, you have all you need and even more. There is an amazing view, especially in the night. Lily and Alex are very nice people and very helpful. I need to thank them again for everything. With Downtown Suite Living, I really felt like at home. If one day, I will have chance to come back to Toronto, I will definitely contact them again and will be very pleased to stay in one of their furnished suites. The furnished apartment was close to everything and was in a good area. Renting the furnished apartment was without any problems and it was also nice to find new clean towels and snacks at the arrival.

The place cannot be more convenient. It is strategically located in the downtown core, and union station is right at the front door. I stayed in the November and December, and the underground path connected to the building definitely helped me weather through the -20 windchill outside. What I really enjoy is the small detail that Lily took care of, like bottle water, coffee, and the treats. We felt that very sweet. My daughter finished two bags of cereal right after we arrive at the furnished suite since the dinner time has past and we were too exhausted to go out immediately. We are definitely going to book it again next time we are in town.

The furnished suite we stayed in was fantastic. It was spotless, with modern furniture and appliances and access to a gym and indoor pool. Downtown Suite Living was the perfect home away from home for us. We were in Toronto for performances. After travelling the country for the past year, staying in hotels rooms was getting very tedious and expensive. Downtown Suite Living had very reasonable rates. For two of us in a two bedroom furnished suite, we saved a lot of money staying in a 2 bedroom furnished suite rather than having to book 2 hotel rooms. Lily and Alex were very friendly and we knew we could contact them anytime we needed anything. The facilities in the building were excellent and an added bonus. We truly felt at home and the next time we’re in Toronto we will be sure to get in touch with Downtown Suite Living. Lily and Alex have created a wonderful home away from home for anyone who is travelling out of town for an extended period of time. Forget the hotels, their place is your best option by far.

We had a wonderful stay in downtown Toronto, thanks to Downtown Suite Living, staffed by Lily Tran and Alexander Munera. The furnished apartment suited our needs, and Lily and Alex went out of their way to accomodate our every expressed desire.
Great, strong hot showers, by the way; a small but functional kitchen (I cooked 5 nights out of 7); and some of the best takeout sushi at Kokoro, right downstairs–no need to even cross a street.
Although we didn’t use the gym, we made use almost nightly of the swimming pool and jacuzzi (with an occasional sauna and steam).
Being just few minutes from the subway (Lily will show you the shortcut) made even rainy days acceptable; most of the time we walked in this wonderful pedestrian’s dream city.
